Juridische procedures in Turkije hebben vaak de kwalijke eigenschap zo lang te duren dat ze eindeloos lijken. Het proces naar aanleiding van de moord op Hrant Dink is daar een goed voorbeeld van.
Deze Armeens Turkse journalist werd al weer vier jaar geleden doodgeschoten voor de deur van de redactie van Agos, de Armeense krant waar hij hoofdredacteur van was. De destijds 17-jarige Ogün Samast werd gearresteerd op verdenking van de moord op Dink. Kort nadien ontstond een schandaal toen in de Turkse media een foto verscheen waarop politieagenten trots samen met Samast op een foto poseerden, onder een portret van Kemal Atatürk, de stichter van de Turkse republiek. Dat leidde tot veel verontwaardiging in Turkije, waar Dink zeker niet alleen populair was onder Armeniërs.
Korte tijd later werd duidelijk dat Samast door anderen tot zijn daad was aangezet, wat tot een aantal verdere arrestaties leidde. Verder leverden advocaten van Dink’s familie aanwijzingen over een verband tussen de moord op hun familielid en een samenzwering binnen de Turkse marine die moest leiden tot chaos in de samenleving en uiteindelijk een militaire staatsgreep. Verder zouden verschillende verdachten in de zaak Dink kort voor de moord getelefoneerd hebben met personen die in Turkije vast worden gehouden op verdenking van betrokkenheid bij Ergenekon, nog een complot tegen de regering.
De laatste episode in de zaak rond de moord Hrant Dink bestaat uit de beslissing van de rechtbank om schutter Ogün Samast volgens het strafrecht voor minderjarigen te berechten. Omdat hij tijdens zijn misdaad nog geen achttien was. De beslissing volgde op een verzoek van zijn advocaat. De rechter legde daarbij een protest naast zich neer van een door de familie Dink in de arm genomen advocaat. Daar blijft men bij de opvatting dat Samast samen met de andere verdachten terecht moet staan. Maar die wens kreeg bij de rechter dus geen gehoor.
Aan de andere kant kwam de beslissing niet als een verrassing aangezien deze mogelijk is geworden door veranderingen in het Turkse strafrecht. Volgens een advocaat van de familie Dink is het niet uitgesloten dat als gevolg van veranderingen in de wetgeving nog meer vertraging in het proces zal optreden.

The police who is responsible for collecting information illegally about Turkish Journalist Ugur Dundar is a member of Gulen Terror Organisation. This was proved. The Gulenist newspapers and TVs the whole jihadist AKP media had insulted Journalist Ugur Dundar with lies about his family life! They were using the government records which is impossible to reach without police privileges such as flight records visa records dates and more. They were miking their lies with these information to attack to Journalist Ugur Mumcu. Ugur Mumcu is the most trusted Journalist of Turkey for the last 20 years. After investigation it is clear that Gulenist Police officers log into state records and leaked the info to Jihadist newspapers with adding lies to make Ugur Dundar obey AKP.
The Gulenist police officer who is responsible with this crime is also related with Hrant Dink assassination as he had protected the killers and destroy the evidences. This is all very clear.

Who is really protecting the killers of Dink? The police who are protecting the killers are Gulenist! Why Gulenists are protecting the killers. When you watch the videos of zealot imam Fetullah Gulen you can clearly see that he is ordering Genocide against Alevis, Armenians, Christians, Assyrians! But Gulenist propaganda newspapers are always making taqiyya that they care about Hrant Dink and Armenians which is just a lie!

Hrant Dink was killed by Gulenists and AKP to use the murdery against secularist people politically! They are using the Dink case in every possible way! I am Turkish and in Turkey there are no nationalists this is just a lie there are just islamists! And the killers are always islamist and sunni! And in the last 30 years not even one single islamist killed by secularist people. A few army officers and police chiefs assassinated by leftist people because of making torture in the 80′s and a businessman killed. Not a civilian islamist not an islamist journalist killed in Turkey. Turkey is managed by sunni right parties since 1950. And leftist Ataturkist, secularist, and Alevi people are the victims!
